Wizard Driven Design
Wizard Driven Workflow Design = Faster Time to Value
As a part of the graphical environment of the Tasica Workflow Designer, users are provided wizard driven design tools to help simply the creation process. These wizards help users to attach electronic forms, work with pre-population of electronic forms, and add workflow actions or decisions to the application.
As users work within the canvas or step viewer, additions or modifications can be made easily as users point and click on the workflow steps to pop up the wizards and continue building or modifying the workflow.
Use Tasica Workflow Design Client’s wizard design tools to:
- Display eform content
- Prepopulate electronic forms from databases, other eforms and workflows
- Close open workflow steps
- Manipulate variables
- Message a cell phone
- Send an email
- Print documents
- Route to other workflow steps
- Route to specific roles or people
