Tasica Workflow provides out-of-the-box workflow monitoring allowing managers or executive level personnel to easily view and analyze workflow statistics. This in-depth insight can help improve  how the application operates and demonstrate how efficiently users are able to accomplish their tasks and action items. It can also help alert managers or other employees to the status of the workflow.

Graphical Workflow Statistics and More

In the workflow monitoring view, Tasica Workflow displays a graphical look at the workflow, showing statistics including the number of times the application has been completed, the length of time it takes to complete the workflow and graphical representations of each processed application. Visual cues, colors as well as the ability to drill into these representations allow users to see if the workflow is completed or if it is still pending on an action item. Time-stamped views of the corresponding electronic forms for each workflow step are available for further analysis.
