Tasica Workflow can use either a web based interface or portal based interface, graphically displaying an employee’s tasks, action items, workflow monitoring, reports (Tasica Dyanmic Report integration) and management. While both are effective ways of viewing and performing electronic forms and workflow tasks, using a portal based interface allows organizations to work within a single point of access for all of their corporate information. Additionally these environments can be tailored to a specific role within an organization so employee's, customers and partners can access and use the information they need, when they want it.

Tasica Workflow offers out-of-the-box workflow monitoring. An end user who has assigned privileges, or an Admin or Manager can access reports that provide information on the status of a workflow, where the last form was routed and where it is currently at, if an individual has even opened their workflow action item, etc. Subsequently, deadline/timeframe parameters can be set to workflows that result in escalation scenarios.

Integration with Tasica Dynamic Reports can unify workflow application data in ways that managers or executive level personnel can use to monitor processes. Users can create data-centric reports in the same graphical design environment as Tasica Workflow (with no-coding) and generate these reports from the web interface or portal environment.
