Huntington Beach, CA – November 8, 2010 – Alphalogix, provider of Tasica Workflow Solutions, Independent Software Vendor and IBM Premier Business Partner, announced today that it signed an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with IBM. The agreement outlined plans for IBM to sell an integrated software solution of IBM Lotus Forms with Tasica Workflow through their direct sales and partner channels. IBM Lotus Forms with Workflow was made available on September 28, 2010.
